Mygane Login Fully Protected

Every time you log in to mygane, multiple layers of security work in the background to ensure only you can access your account.

256-bit SSL Encryption

All data transmitted during the login process — including your password and session information — is fully encrypted with 256-bit SSL. This is the same security standard used by major banks in Malaysia.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA for an extra layer of protection. Every login from a new device will require OTP verification sent to your registered phone number — even if someone knows your password, they still cannot get in.

Suspicious Login Detection

The mygane system monitors every login attempt in real-time. If a login is detected from an unrecognized location or new device, you will receive an immediate notification and be asked to verify your identity.

Auto Session Timeout

Your mygane session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity to protect your account if you forget to log out — especially important when using shared devices.

Repeated Attempt Restriction

After several consecutive failed login attempts, the mygane system will temporarily lock login attempts from that IP address to prevent brute-force attacks on your account.

Account Activity History

View a full record of all login activity, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay in your account at any time. If you notice anything suspicious, contact our support immediately.

FAQ

Questions About mygane Login

Yes. Your mygane account can be accessed using either the phone number or email address you registered with. Both methods lead to the same account. Use whichever is most convenient for you.

mygane allows login from one active device at a time for security purposes. If you log in from a new device, the session on your previous device will be automatically terminated. This protects your account from simultaneous unauthorized access.

Your mygane login session will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity on a web browser. For the mobile app with the "Remember Me" option enabled, the session lasts longer — up to 7 days — for your convenience. You can log out manually at any time from your account settings.

After logging in, go to "Account Settings" and select "Security". There you can change your password by entering your current and new password. We recommend changing your password regularly and using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for maximum security.

Contact the mygane support team immediately via live chat. In the meantime, change your password from the "Account Settings" page and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if you haven't already. Our team will investigate any suspicious activity and take the appropriate protective measures for your account.

mygane protects all login data with 256-bit SSL regardless of the network you use. However, we recommend avoiding logging in to financial accounts, including gaming accounts, over unrecognized public WiFi whenever possible. Use mobile data or a trusted VPN for added security.
