1Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing the mygane website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide ours that forms part of this agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of the mygane platform without exception, including visitors without an account, registered players, and any party accessing our platform content by any means or device.

Mygane reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, and users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

2Account Registration & User Eligibility

To register a mygane account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• An individual acting on their own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not to have been previously banned or blocked from using the mygane platform.
• Using valid, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not to be located in a geographic area where use of this type of platform is prohibited by local law.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account mygane. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

Mygane conducts identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of our security process. You may be asked to submit identification documents such as a Malaysian identity card, passport, or other statutory documents to verify your identity.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure and for not sharing them with any other party. mygane will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Mygane supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for crypto transactions which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate.

Minimum deposit limit: RM10 for most payment methods. The maximum limit depends on your chosen method and account verification level.

Minimum withdrawal limit: RM30 for all withdrawal methods. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method, 24 hours a day with no holidays.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the name of the verified user.
• Mygane reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Mygane does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. Any fees from banks or e-wallets are the user's responsibility.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes may not be transferred or withdrawn before the minimum wagering requirement is met.

Mygane reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, we will notify the user and request additional identity verification within 48 hours.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Mygane offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and special game promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion description.

General terms applicable to all mygane bonuses:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Each bonus must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from that bonus balance.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses have stated expiry dates. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses may only be used on specific game categories. Check the promotion terms for the list of eligible games.

Mygane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for the cancellation of an ongoing promotion.

5Game Rules & Betting

All games in the mygane lobby use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent international certification bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Users agree to:

• Bet using legitimate personal funds and not borrowed money or funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Not to use any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or play on the platform.
• Not to collude with other players to exploit system vulnerabilities or gain an unfair advantage.
• Accepting game outcomes as final once verified by the mygane system.

In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, mygane will endeavour to resolve the session or refund the wager to the player's account. The decision of mygane's technical team in handling such matters is final.

6Prohibited User Conduct

Use of the mygane platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud activities.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
• Using another person's identity or financial information without authorization.
• Disrupting or attempting to hack mygane's systems, servers, or databases.
• Distributing obscene, harmful, or unlawful content through the platform.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to obtain unauthorized wins or credits.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their mygane account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance (after all wagering requirements are met) will be returned via the same method used for the last deposit.

Mygane reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• The user has violated any of the terms stated in this document.
• There is suspicion of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• The user failed to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory bodies or legal authorities.

8Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Mygane provides its services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, unless specifically stated in these terms. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or cyberattacks, even though we take reasonable security measures.

Under no circumstances shall mygane's liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised. mygane is not responsible for any indirect losses, business losses, or losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control.

9Privacy & Personal Data Protection

The collection, processing, and use of users' personal data by mygane is governed entirely by Privacy Policy ours that forms part of this agreement. mygane complies with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010) in all data processing activities.

You grant mygane permission to use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Processing financial transactions and fraud prevention.
• Delivery of service-related communications and promotions (with the option to unsubscribe).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Mygane will not sell or disclose users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without user consent. All data is stored on servers protected with full encryption and restricted access.

10Amendments & Applicable Laws

Mygane reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify users via in-account notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the mygane platform after the amendment effective date constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the mygane platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
